What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We ask that each product be returned within 30 days, with the original tags. Please bring your receipt.

Recycled/vintage, and sale items are final sale.

Are any purchases final sale?

All vintage and recycled items, as well as any items purchased on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Vintage and recycled pieces are marked with an "R", and sale items are marked with a hole punch or red slash for easy identification.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Are vintage/recycled items cleaned or restored before sale?

All our vintage and recycled items are washed, refreshed, and restored with care before hitting the sale floor.

Each piece is hand-selected for it's quality and uniqueness. Every piece gets a little TLC and some are given new life through embroidery, patches or charms to make them uniquely yours.

Do you offer in-store pick up?

We offer in store pick up for online orders. An email will be sent for confirmation and another when your item is ready. Orders are usually processed within one day.
